4 Medium Potatoes, 2 large onions,
6 rashers of bacon and 2 oxo's. Preparation: Peel potatoes and slice into scollops,
prepare onions and slice thinly, cut rashers of bacon into approx 2" to 3" pieces. Cooking: Into a medium sized casserole dish,
put a layer of potato scollops, a layer of onion then a layer of bacon, continue layers
until dish is 2/3rds full finishing with a layer of potato. Mix the 2 crushed
oxo's with boiling water and fill the dish until the layers are covered. Cook in oven
at 200 degrees for approx. 25 to 30 minutes.
